About Tillges Electric
Tillges Electric is a residential, commercial, and industrial electrical company serving the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin areas. Jason has been an electrician for over 27 years, starting his electrical career in Aspen, Colorado with his uncle. When he returned to Minnesota, he worked for various electrical companies that served Minneapolis / St. Paul and the St. Cloud area as a journeyman electrician. Throughout his career as a journeyman, Jason worked at a variety of different job sites which contributed to his extensive knowledge in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical repair and installation. In 2011, after countless hours of classes and studying, he passed his master electrical exam. On a whim, and with a newborn and 3 year old at home, he decided he wanted to start his own company.
The vision of Tillges Electric has always been to build a company that truly focuses on the wants and needs of the customer.
While working for other companies, Jason learned what it is the consumer really wants: a contractor that can be trusted and completes jobs based on the requests of the customer while having integrity and honesty when it comes to pricing. Our goal has always been to be the contractor that is on time, returns calls, provides premium service and clear communication to all customers, is highly competitive in terms of pricing, and most importantly, educates our customers on their various options. Our goal is to build and maintain relationships with our customers based on trust, not just dollars. We are here to provide a great service and be honest about it.
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured with the State of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Jason is present at all jobs to ensure they are completed to the customers’ full satisfaction. At Tillges Electric we treat others how we want to be treated, always. Our focus of work is with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Tillges Electric is based in Mahtomedi, Minnesota and Jason the owner is in the field working daily.
Free Estimates
We give free estimates and also offer 10% off of the labor cost for our active/retired military residential personnel. We ask for a 7 day turnaround for estimates and will try our best to have it completed sooner. Please call for your free estimate at (612)290-3252.
